Natural Rubber Trends & Statistics, July 2010 

Due to inadequacy of manpower at the ANRPC Secretariat, issue of Natural Rubber Trends & Statistics for July 2010 is published without providing the usual detailed analytical report of rubber market. However, all updated data as reported by member governments in mid-July, are provided. 

Ms. Soon Jin Lam, a fresh Masters in Monetary Economics from Malaysia has just joined the Secretariat as Research Officer following the resignation of Ms. Sri Nuryanti, Economist. These changes have happened at a time when this small secretariat is preoccupied with the preparations for the Annual Rubber Conference, Assembly and meeting of three committees to be held from 2 to 9 October. 

Continued support being received from statistical correspondents in member governments are once again acknowledged with immense gratitude.
