Nature of Organization: An industry group formed under the aegis of Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers to promote the development and interest of the automotive tyre manufacturing industry in Malaysia. 

Key Function(s):

• To promote the development of the automotive tyre industry in Malaysia by formulating recommendations on investment and export incentives, market protection and other measurers. 

• To promote the interest of Malaysian automotive tyre industry in the ASEAN context, through active participation in the activities of the ASEAN-CCI as well as in the industrialized and developing countries. 

• To compile and disseminate information of common concern and to provide facilities for consultation and exchange of views between members. 

• To undertake such activities that will further advance the interest of members in the industry group
