SunSirs: SBR Prices Reduced by 500 RMB/Ton in China

On April 20, PetroChina Northeast Marketing Company lowered the price of emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) by 500 RMB per ton. Currently, the quoted price for Jihua 1502 is 17,200 RMB/ton (Northeast warehouse ex-works price), while Fushun 1502 is quoted at 17,200 RMB/ton (Northeast warehouse ex-works price).

PetroChina Northeast Marketing Company's decision to lower SBR prices by 500 RMB/ton signals either an increase in market supply or sluggish demand, thereby exerting significant downward pressure on spot prices.
