The Association of Natural Rubber Producing Countries (ANRPC) releases the Monthly NR Statistical Report, September 2025.
I am happy to share our analysis of the global natural rubber (NR) market for September 2025. At the October 2025 Annual Assembly Sessions, the ANRPC Statistics and Information Committee (ISC) reviewed revised 2024 data and growth rates, and discussed an updated view of the global supply-demand landscape for 2025. In September, prices fluctuated and came under pressure as production improved while demand remained subdued. However, rainfall and labour shortages in some producing areas restricted tapping activities, thereby contributing a passive production growth than expected during the peak production season. Below is a summary of the latest trends in the NR sector:

Recent updates from ANRPC member countries indicate that global natural rubber (NR) production is projected to rise modestly by 1.3% in 2025 compared to 2024, following a downward revision of Indonesia’s production base. Concurrently, NR demand is expected to grow by 0,8% in 2025, driven by an upward revision of Indonesia’s consumption base. The market sentiments remained mixed, with some signs of improvement in tyre trade emerging across selected markets.
