ANSEC Courtesy Visit with Malaysia Rubber Board

KUALA LUMPUR, 21 January 2026 – The Association of Natural Rubber Producing Countries (ANRPC) was pleased to host a high-level delegation from the Malaysian Rubber Board (MRB) for a courtesy visit at the ANRPC Secretariat. 

The delegation, led by Mr. Hairul Irwan and his team from the MRB Economics, Licensing and Enforcement  Division, was received by Dr. Suttipong Angthong, Secretary-General of ANRPC, along with the ANRPC Secretariat team. The meeting served as a vital platform to explore collaborative efforts and potential synergies between the two organizations, with a primary focus on enhancing productivity, sustainability, and market stability within the natural rubber industry. 

During the session, participants engaged in a constructive dialogue regarding key statistics in Malaysia’s natural rubber sector. This visit underscores the shared commitment of both the MRB and ANRPC to foster cooperative initiatives. By aligning on data and strategy, both organizations aim to bolster the resilience of the natural rubber supply chain and promote its long-term viability in the global market.
